Privacy Policy & Cancellation

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

  • If a cancellation or reschedule occurs less than 24 hours before the booked time, the client will be charged 50% of the session fee.

    • If the client fails to appear for the appointment without giving notice (a “no-show”), the full session fee (100%) will be charged.

Late Arrival

  • If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time so as not to delay the next client.

    • The full session fee will still apply even if the session time is shortened due to late arrival.

Refunds

  • Services that have already been performed are not refundable.

  • Prepaid packages, gift certificates, or credits are non-refundable but may be applied toward future services if used within the validity period (for example, within one year).

   • If the client is dissatisfied with service, they should notify the practitioner within the first 15 minutes of the session so an adjustment may be made (for example a therapist change or another remedy). No refunds will be issued after the session is completed.

Special Cases

  • If the business must cancel a scheduled appointment (therapist illness, emergency, etc.), clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.

  • Gift certificates must be redeemed by the expiration date. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
